Troubleshooting

No power is passing

through the unit.

Heater does not

start

The set temperature

is lower than the

ambient temperature.

The temperature

exceeds the threshold

The heater

If your problem is not listed or still persists, contact our Customer

Ensure that your

circuit breaker or fuse

is working properly.

Ensure that your

heater is placed on a

flat and even surface.

Ensure that the

temperature is set to

be higher than the

ambient temperature.

Turn off and unplug

the unit. Allow it to

cool and plug into the

electrical outlet again.

Place it on a flat, level

and stable surface.
