Remove MATTRESS SUPPORT PANEL by unscrewing each of the four MATTRESS SUPPORT
BOLTS w ith SCREWDRIVER
Remove both END RAILS from HEADBOARD
two BASE CONNECTOR BOLTS, LOCKING WASHERS , and REGULAR WASHERS from the headboard
connector holes and base connector holes with ALLEN WRENCH
