INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR WINDSHIELDREPAIR WITH DART

Apply a small amount of rubber gel (8407-J or -S) to the suction cup and place the positioner

above the impact. Now press the suction cup to secure it.

Turn the injector until the rubber of the injector gives a light imprint on the glass.

Turn the plunger counter clockwise until it is completely out of the thread.

Increase the vacuum even more by pulling out the plunger to position 1 or 2 for even more vacuum.

To fix the plunger, turn the plunger a quart turn and DART is under vacuum.

The present air is now being sucked out of the UV resin by DART and in this way makes room

for the UV resin to fillup this space.

VACUUM

Turn the plunger a quart turn and the vacuum is interrupted to immediately apply

a slight pressure again.

Repeat this process with short pauses in between to remove all air out of the UV resin.
