Solutions

1、 check whether the router with normal boot;

2、 Check whether the router is too far ,pls try to connect the full signal state.

3、 After connection OK WIFI will grow brighter

Confirm whether there is connected to the Internet, Amazon Alexa web

connection is normal；

Confirm if the internet speed is normal；

Due to network problems in mainland China voice sometimes

unsteadiness ,Pls use 4 g networks of mobile will be relatively a bit faster.

Check the Bluetooth device's volume and then adjust it to a proper level.

1、 Recharge the battery

Check whether the speaker's effective transmission range is exceeded or

there is

an obstacle standing between the speaker and other Bluetooth devices.

It suggests the battery power drops quite low and retry once being

recharged.

Turn it on again.
