Touch the '+' and '-' buttons to set the timer from
5 to 60 minutes. It will beep 3 times when there is
5 minutes left.

Power lock function
Press and hold LOCK button for 5S, when the indicator light
turns on, the display is now locked. To unlock press and hold
LOCK button for 5S, indicator light will turn off.
