Acer 22 code define and SOP

PPPPPPPPPP: Acer KC PN (2-5-3 code) which is from the BOM by PM, 10 characters, without dots.

YWW: 1 digit of year and 2 digits for week code.

Y is for the last digit of year. For example: 9 if for 2009, 0 is for 2010, 1 for 2011, etc.

WW (week code) is counted from 01 to 53, and the definition of week 01 follows ISO 8601.

SSSSS: 5 unique hexadecimal codes, by manufacturer/factory base and reset every week.

Hexadecimal has 16 digits, they are 0~9,A,B, C, D, E and F.

First digit of SSSSS can not be F, so the maximum value of SSSSS is Hex(EFFFF) = 983039.

MM: Manufacturer code of original supplier or vendor herself, two digits defined by Acer.

VV: Engineering version code, two characters defined by ODM/vendor or original supplier.
