STEP 3

1. Attach the Speed Ball (28) to the Hook Base (24), using one Pothook (26).

2. Attach the Wooden Plate (23) to the Wooden Plate Holder Tube (8), using two M10X70mm Hex

Bolts (11) and two M10 Washers (15).

3. Insert the Wooden Plate Holder Tube (8) into the Upper Main Tube (7), using the Quick Knob

(25).

4. Attach the Boxing Bag (27) to the Upper Main Tube (7), using one Pothook (26).
