Troubleshooting
No Picture
1.
Check that the converter is connected to the laptop to receive power with
the included USB to Micro-USB cable.
2.
Check wire connections at each device.
3.
Ensure that the source is turned on and connected properly.
4.
Verify that there is video from the source selected. Select another source if
necessary.
5.
Check that the display is switched to a correct source input mode, for
example switching to HDMI 1 if its HDMI 1 port is connected.
6.
Check that source video resolution is supported. For more information, see
"Specification".
No Sound
1.
Check that audio cable is connected properly.
2.
Verify that there is audio from the source selected. Select another source if
necessary.
3.
