Ingredients:

Tortilla chips
•
Grated gouda and / or cheddar
•
Corn
•
Kidney beans
•
Tomatoes
•
Pickled jalapeños
•
Beef steak or minced beef
•
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
•
Salt pepper
•
Sour cream
•
Salsa
•
Avocados
•
Lemon juice
•
1 bunch of coriander
•
Salt pepper
Instructions:
Drain the corn, kidney beans and jalapeños, put them in a sieve and
rinse. Quarter the tomatoes, core them and finely dice them.
Cut the beef steak into thin slices. Before you place in the mini pan, fry
it on the grill plate until fully cooked. If you use minced beef, you may
also cook it on the grill, season it with salt, pepper and cumin.
For the guacamole, core the avocados and crush the pulp with a
fork. Chop and stir in the coriander. Season with lemon juice, salt and
pepper.
Fill a handful of tortilla chips with various toppings and your beef in a
mini pan. Sprinkle with cheese and slide under the grill. Bake briefly until
the cheese has melted.
