Activating the Safety Watch

The Lively Safety Watch will be activated on your behalf. If you have

any queries, please contact your Key Worker or Carer for help with your

Lively Safety Watch.

The Lively Home Hub must be plugged in and the Safety Watch

connected to the Lively Hub for the Emergency Help Button to work.

• If you need help, press the orange button on the left-hand side of

the watch.

• You will receive a call at the phone number provided for you.

• If you do not answer the telephone, emergency services will be

dispatched to you.
