STEP 4

Attach Mattress Support (H) flat side up by swinging out the four hangers at the corners of the

mattress support and use 4 Bolts (#3) to attach hangers to the brackets on the legs at an even level

on all sides.

WARNING:

Make sure that the warning envelope on the

Mattress Support Frame is facing up.

WARNING:

Check components periodically, make sure

Bolts are tightened properly and securely.
