PROGRAMMING – PC
Installing PC Access Tool
•
STEP 1 – Connect to Dynamic Controls Homepage
•
STEP 2 – Click Resources Hub (top of page)
•
STEP 3 – Select LiNX PC Tool (center of page)
•
STEP 4 – Select LiNX Access PC SetUP.zip – Click link to download zip file
•
STEP 5 – Once downloaded 'Run' .exe file to install, follow onscreen instructions
Connecting to LAK (LiNX Access Key)
•
STEP 1 – Connect LAK into charger port of Remote and Open LiNX PC Access Tool
•
STEP 2 – Accept the Safety statement regarding use of the programming tool
•
STEP 3 – Select relevant LAK from list or press 'Find More'. The LAK is identified via the serial
number
Note. It is possible to name the LAK via the PC tool, only do STEP 4 if using own LAK
•
STEP 4 – Right click on LAK, select Set Friendly Name, enter a sensible name and click OK.
When LAK name has been updated, click OK
•
STEP 5 – Double click on LAK to connect to LiNX system. The LiNX Access program is read
automatically
Writing Drive Program to Chair (when in Bulk update mode)
•
STEP 1 – Connect to LiNX System
•
STEP 2 – Enter 'Bulk update Mode', expand any blue shaded parameter and click 'Unlock'.
•
STEP 3 – Read and Write icons appear top left.
•
STEP 4 – Click 'Write'
•
STEP 5 – To disconnect from chair, click
icon, top right.
