The useful life of this product cannot be determined in a general
manner. Various factors come into play. Storage conditions, type of
care, frequency of use and area of use all impact the lifespan. Use
in extreme conditions can cause excessive wear and tear making
the product unusable. Factors such as a hostile environments, sharp
edges, extreme temperatures or exposure to chemicals can damage
the product beyond repair. Under the following circumstances, the
product may no longer be used and must be destroyed:
Damage to bladder material or functionally relevant parts (tears,
cuts or other)
Damage to plastic or metal parts
Excessive stress on the material due to overstretching
If the product appears unreliable in general
If the product no longer meets the technical standards (e.g. due to
changes in statutory provisions, safety guidelines)
When the history of the product and its previous use are unknown
If the product label is no longer present or is no longer legible.
