DD-050 DIGITAL DELAY

INSTRUCTIONS

Thanks for purchasing our product. In order to make the best use of your

DD-050, please read the following carefully.

FEATURES

The DD-050 is a delay pedal effect. It has two delay modes

(400ms/800ms) with simple settings of Feed Back and Delay Time to

create a vintage delay sound. Connect output A/B for stereo use.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT

1. Loosen the screw on the pedal to

open it.

2. Remove the battery from the

battery compartment and

disconnect the battery cable.

3. Connect a new battery to the

battery cable and put it back

in the battery compartment.

Make sure that the polarity

of the battery is correct and the

battery cable does not interfere with

the spring or pedal cover.

4. Push the coil spring into the spring

base and close the pedal.

5. Insert the thumb screw into the guide bush hole and ﬁrmly tighten the

screw.

4. Do not use this apparatus near water.

5. Clean only with dry cloth.

6. Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the

manufacturer's instructions.

7. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers,

stoves or any other apparatus (including ampliﬁers) that create heat.

8. WARNING: to reduce the risk of ﬁre or electric shock, do not expose this

apparatus to rain or moisture.

9. Protect the power cord from being walked on or being pinched.

10. Unplug this apparatus when unused for long periods of time.

11. There are no user serviceable parts inside. All servicing has to be done by

qualiﬁed service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has

been damaged in any way, such as when the power supply cord or plug

is damaged, when liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the

apparatus, when the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, when

the apparatus does not operate normally or when it has been dropped.

OWNER'S MANUAL

PANEL DESCRIPTION

1. AC Adaptor Jack: Connect an AC adaptor (100-140V/50-60Hz).

An AC adaptor allows long and secure operation without worrying about

battery life.

Use the proper supply for your area's Mains line voltage.

2. Indicator LED: This LED indicates when the effect is turned on.

Operating on battery power only: when the LED becomes dim or does

not light the battery needs to be replaced.

3. Level Knob: Use this control to adjust the output level of the effect.

4. F. Back Knob: Use this control to adjust the feedback level.

Turning this knob clockwise increases the amount of times the delay

sound is repeated.

5. Delay Time Knob: Use this control to adjust the delay time. The delay

time can be changed within the setting range.

6. Mode Knob: Use this switch to select the delay mode. Includes both of

400ms and 800ms.

7. Output Jacks A/B: Use these jacks to connect an ampliﬁer or other units.

Use Jack A for mono output.

8. Pedal: Press the pedal to turn the effect on and off.

9. Thumb Screw: Loosen the screw to open the pedal for battery

replacement. (For details of the battery replacement, see "BATTERY

REPLACEMENT")

10. Input Jack: Connect your instrument to this jack. To prolong battery life,

disconnect all cables from the pedal when it's not in use.

CONNECTIONS

1. Connecting an instrument to this jack will automatically switch the unit on.

Be sure to disconnect the cord from this jack when the unit is not being

used.

2. Before connecting or disconnecting any instrument, make sure that the

volume of the ampliﬁer is turned down.

3. For monaural output, use Output Jack A. Both the dry and the processed

signal are output.
