POWER CONNECTION:

Connect the plug on the end of the Power Supply supplied with your CORD Phono Stage into the
DC12V 1A socket.
Connect the power supply to your home mains power outlet and switch on.
NEVER USE ANY POWER SUPPLY OTHER THAN THE ONE SPECIFIED & PROVIDED WITH THIS UNIT.
FAULT
No sound on left, right or both
channels.
Loud humming sound through
speakers.
Output sound is either too loud, too
quiet or sound is distorting.
Output sound is either too loud, too
quiet or sound is distorting.
Making Connections continued:

Troubleshooting:

A loss of connection between your
Turntable and the Phono Stage or
between the Phono Stage and your
Amplifier due to loose connections or
damaged cables.
Loose, missing or damaged Ground
wire connection.
MM/MC Switch is incorrectly set.
Incorrect input being used on your
Amplifier or Receiver.
POSSIBLE CAUSE

SOLUTION
Ensure you have properly connected
your RCA and Phono cables. Also
check that your cables are not
damaged or faulty and replace if
required.
Ensure your ground wire is properly
and securely connected to both your
turntable ground terminal and the
Phono Stage GND terminal. Replace
your ground wire if damaged.
Check the specifications of the
cartridge in use with your turntable
and set MM/MC switch accordingly.
Only plug the output of the Phono
Stage into a LINE input. Never
connect to a Phono input.
