Maintenance
Heat pump water heater is a high automation equipment, regular check unit situation during uses, long term and
effective maintenance for unit could improve running reliability and using life obviously.
1.
The water filter installed outside of unit should clean regularly, to guarantee water clean in side of system, to
avoid dirty water filter damage unit.
2.
Users use and maintain the unit should attention that: All Safety protection devices in unit have setted in
factory, don't adjust.
3.
Regular check if unit power and electrical system's connect wire strong, if electrical components have
abnormal action, if have should timely maintainance and replacement.
4.
Regular check whether water system's rewater, water tank's safty valve, water level controller and air-release
devices work normal,

Check if water pump, water valve work normal, if water pipe and pipe connection leak or not.
6.
Ambient of unit should clean and dry, good ventilation. Regular clean( 1-2 months) heat exchanger to keep
good heat exchange effects.
7.
Regular check work situation of all parts of unit, if pipe connetion and air valve inside the unit have oil stain, to
guarantee unit refrigerant have no leakage.
8.
Please don't pile up aroung unit, to avoid jam inlet and outlet of wind.
9.
In case the unit have no use for long time, should exhaust the water of unit water pipe, and disconnect power,
Wear a shield. When operate again, should check the whole system before turn on the unit.
10. When unit occur trouble, user can't solve problem, please advise our local special maintenance department
to maintenance timely.
11. Clean unit condensor, we suggest to using 50 -60 , the concentration of 15% of the hot liquid acid cleaning
to clean it. Open cycling water pump clean for 3 hours, in the end rinse with tap water for 3 times. ( Suggest
preserve 3-ways connector when installing pipe, use filament to jam a connector), to facilitate connect pipe
when rinse. Prohibited to rinse condensor by corrosive washing liquid.
12. water tank should get rid of scale deposit after used for period ( usually for 2 months, which according to local
water quality).
13. Avoid the unit can't start at the low flow or failure,Please installation a flow switch in the unit and check it
regularly.
