Problem
There is too much condensed
water on the rear wall of the
refrigerator.
Water flows inside the
refrigerator.
Water flows on the floor.
The door does not close
completely.
Error code explanation
E1: Temperature sensor failure of the
refrigerator chamber
E2: Temperature sensor failure of the freezer
chamber
E4: Defrosting sensor failure of the refrigerator
chamber
E5: Defrosting sensor failure of the freezer
chamber
E6: Communication failure
E7: Failure of ambient temperature sensor
EH: Humidity sensor failure
Possible Cause
Door was opened too frequently.
Door was not closed completely.
Stored food was not wrapped.
The drain hole at the back of the
appliance is clogged.
Food products prevent water from
flowing into the water collector.
The door is not closed well.
The drip pan cracks.
The defrost water drain is clogged.
The shelves are out of position.
The door gaskets are dirty.
The appliance is not level.
Open the door only when
necessary.
Make sure the door is closed
completely.
Wrap food in suitable packaging
before storing it in the appliance.
Clean the drain hole with a piece
of wire.
Make sure that food products do
not touch the rear plate.
Refer to "Closing the door", or
refer to the troubleshooting item
below ("The door does not close
completely").
