Pull the front door up until it clicks into an open position, and remove any lodged print media.

Note: It may be necessary to remove the toner cartridge and place it on a flat, clean

surface to reach print media lodged behind it. Replace the toner cartridge when the

print media has been located and removed.

Close the front door by pressing firmly in the center of the front door with your thumb until the

door clicks shut.
