ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Thread the long screw (G) through the spring
holder pad (F) and then the washer (E).
2.
Place the base (A) on level ground.
Feed the long screw (G) through the bottom of the
base (A).
Place the spacer (D) on the top center of the
base (A).
3.
Attach the tube (B) to the base (A).
Attach the short screw (C) to the tube (B).
