Assembly Continued

• Un-upholstered kits – Panels B&C

can be permanently attached or

left separate by using Velcro strips.

Most kits will be partially assem-

bled. Screws and Velcro is provid-

ed. (Figure 4)

• The convertibles have three part

side panels (D&E). These panels

will need to be either glued and/or

stapled together. 7/16 screws are

provided to hold panels together as

they are being glued. (Figure 5a)

They will need to be removed from

the outside before upholstery.

• The side panel set will include an

offset angled block. These will be

marked right and left to insure prop-

er alignment. There may still be

additional sanding needed on the

left and right edges of the panels.

There will need to sanding on the

top edge of the large side panel to

round as desired. (Figure 6)
