Chapter 4 Error Messages

This chapter explains the Imprinter error messages.

Error messages are displayed on the operator panel of the scanner. Refer to the error code and message for

troubleshooting.

Error Message

No print cartridge is installed.

Check if the print cartridge is mounted correctly.

If the error persists, take a note of the error code, and contact the

FUJITSU scanner dealer where you purchased the Imprinter or an

authorized FUJITSU scanner service provider.

An error occurred in the Imprinter.

Try the following:

1. Check if the print cartridge is installed correctly.

2. Turn off the scanner and then turn it on again.

If the error persists, take a note of the error code, and contact the
