General setup

Memory storage

Even if there is a power failure, you will not
lose the settings you have changed through
the Menu as they are stored permanently.
Also, you will not lose your settings in the
FAX and COPY mode key menus if you have
chosen Set New Default. However you
may have to reset the date and time.
Automatic Daylight

Saving Time
You can set the machine to change
automatically for daylight saving time. It will
reset itself forward one hour in the Spring and
backward one hour in the Autumn. Make sure
you have set the correct date and time in the
Date&Time setting.

Press a or b to choose
General Setup.
Press OK.

Press a or b to choose
Auto Daylight.
Press OK.

Press a or b to choose Off (or On).
Press OK.

Press Stop/Exit.
