1. Heat the milk.
2. When it starts boiling, keep it boiling for another 45
minutes at the lowest temperature.
3. Let the milk cool down to a temperature that your
little finger can stand (fermentation temperature).
4. Pour some of the milk which is cooled down to its
fermentation temperature into another pot and mix it
with an adequate amount of yeast yogurt.
5. Pour this mixture into the milk in the bigger pot and
mix it.
6. Put this fermented milk into the pot that you are
going to use for yogurt preparation, close its cover
tightly and place it at the third rack of the oven.
7. Turn the thermostat button of the oven to
position.
8. After waiting for 4 hours, take the pot out of the
oven. Open its cover and place the yogurt into the
fridge without shaking it.

• In order to achieve the best result while preparing
yogurt, use a deep but narrower glass dish.
• If you are using pasteurized milk, it will be enough
to heat the milk until its fermentation temperature.
• When using milk powder, you can achieve perfect
results regardless of the quality of the milk.

In order to prevent heat distribution and to avoid any
harm to the plate, you should use flat-bottomed
cooking pans of which diameter is bigger than the
plate.
! Before the first use, set the stoves to their
maximum temperatures and operate them for 4
minutes without any cooking pan placed on. At this
stage, the protective layer gets harder and reaches
its maximum resistance.
