unclip the quick-release buckle to

launch the starter;

remove the plug from half-mask,

spread the hood, stretch out

the hood obturator with both

hands, take a deep breath, hold

your breath and quickly put the

hood on your head, so that the

half-mask closes your nose and

mouth. Then pull the hood on the

back of your head;

•

hold the tube, pull the half-mask

and adjust it, so that it fits your

face tightly. Tighten the adjusting

straps. Exhale and continue

breathing. Spread the breathing

bag with your hands if necessary;
