BATWING
s a flying wing of Christian Vogel in classic wood construction. A model with a very

large field of application, where the fun factor is never too short.
The particularities:
• laser-cut all-wood construction with dovetailed and weight-optimized
• component-transport friendly due to two-piece wing with removable
• winglets.
• Surface protection by locking mechanism
• optionally with motor nacelle for electric drive
The kit:
The wing is constructed with an intro leading edge, pine beams, balsa moldings, balsa planking and
various plywood and caiba plywood parts. The surfaces are constructed using a Depron stencil. The
laser-cut ribs are accurately positioned and positively positioned with the support feet in the
auxiliary template which allows a structure without a blueprint. The surface connection is handled
by a 10 x 2 mm CFK profile. The kit includes - in addition to the laser-cut and numbered
components - all articulated and small parts. Not included in the kit are adhesives, iron-on film and
RC components.
Necessary building material:
For the construction of the model we recommend a construction kit with the dimensions
800 x 300 mm
