SECTION 4: CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
DANGER: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
Before cleaning, always uplug the table/trolley (where the warming drawer is embedded into) from the electrical outlet.
CAUTION
- To prevent permanent damage to the warming drawer surfaces, do not use abrasive cleaners or scrubbers.
- Do not allow acids or acidic products to remain on the warming drawer's surfaces. The finish may stain.
- Always wipe stainless steel surfaces in the direction of the grain.

and hot water. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth. The gasket material is soft, so be careful not to crush or damage it. Damaging the gasket will
cause a poor heat seal and result in poor warming drawer performance.
Ongoing Maintenance
When heating moist towels, condensation can build up inside the warming drawer. If not regularly wiped down, this can lead to small amounts of water dripping
from the warming drawer when opened.
To minimize any water dripping, ensure you perform the following maintenance tasks as needed throughout the day:
1) Ensure any condensation and/or moisture (inside and outside the drawer) is wiped dry with a soft cloth as needed.
2) Ensure any condensation and/or moisture on the surrounding wood and/or laminate is wiped dry with a soft cloth as needed.
