Warranty
Warranty Statement
This limited warranty is applied to X10 Pro Scooter. All electric scooters come with one
year limited warranty.
This Warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for 1 year ( the " Warranty
Period" ).The Warranty Period is not extended if the Product is repaired or replaced.
NOTES
Warranty period begins on the date of receipt. Please retain a copy of your receipt as
this will be required to prove the date of purchase should a warranty claim be activated.
The following conditions are not covered by the warranty :
(1) Damage caused by any water damaged, human factors, including improper use and
failure to keep in accordance with the instructions.
(2) This limited warranty doesn't cover any problem that is caused by conditions,malfunc-
tions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This conditions,
may include, but not limited to, road hazards, accidents and improper operation or
maintenance.
Important Tips: Do not disassemble the Product. Disassembling the Product will void this
Warranty. Only X10 Pro scooter manufacturer or third party authorized team can perform
the service on this Product.
Manufacturers' warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use
of the product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product
from. Please review the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any
questions.
