When a pulsating blue light becomes solid, this indicates that a
25% (45 minute) increment of the cycle is complete and the next
blue light will begin pulsing.
When a cycle is complete your Bia will emit a '3-beep tune' to indi-
cate that the cycle is complete and the device will go into automat-
ic shutdown.
Delivery Cable – The delivery cable will come as a single cable
with two snap-stud connectors at one end. Pull the connectors
apart to begin separating the end of the cable to about half way
down the length of the cable. This allows for more diverse pad
placement and freedom of movement when in use.
Adhesive Delivery Pads – The delivery pads will typically last for
5-8 uses depending on how clean and dry they are kept. When
they no-longer stick firmly to the skin, it is time to replace them.
Tips for Delivery Pad Longevity:
• Always place the pads onto clean, dry skin.
• Where possible, try to avoid areas with body hair.
• Try to avoid sweating when the pads are connected.
• Always replace the pads onto the plastic sheets provided when
not in use.
Armband and Waistband – The armband and waistband provided
are made from a specialised micro-mesh fabric providing a resilient
flexibility that always returns to the original shape.
Hand-wash using cold water at max 30°C. Do not use detergent, do
not scrub and do not iron.
