The device allows you to keep the temperature of your products between 2°C to 10°C

(desserts, cakes, pies, cocktails, etc...)

To take shelter from light is very important for hygiene and it lasts the storage of

foodstuff. The light generates a photochemical reaction on the food, which causes

discoloration, loss of flavour and alimentary characteristics.

In order to soften this phenomenon, don't expose the machine at the sun.

FUNCTIONING

The cooling display keeps food at a constant temperature of 2°C pre-adjusted in the

factory.

Press on the switch (n°3 on picture), the machine is on. The preset electronic

thermostat (n°2 on picture) flashes and displays the temperature. Press on the switch

(n°1 on picture) to turn on light and active and activate rotating shelves if rotating

display.
