Thread the blade and adaptor onto the end of the Pixie

shaft. Hand tight is sufficient.

Turn the table upside down and wet the sponges

thoroughly.

Slide the table into place from the front.

Lower the blade guard over the blade and into place at

the rear of the table. Tighten the thumb screw at the rear

of the table.

Place the geyser beneath the blade and sponges and

make sure there is plenty of water in the pan. You may

want to add Water Aid to the water at this point using six

drops per pint of water. This will improve the lubricity of

your coolant.

Your trim saw attachment is now ready for use.

Remember it is a TRIM Saw and is not intended for use

as a slab saw.

Note: If the blade guard does not line up parallel with the

blade this condition can be easily corrected by bending the

base of the blade guard by hand.

WARNING: Rusty blades can break and are dangerous.

Remove saw table after use since the moist sponges will

cause rapid rusting of the blade.
