Smartphone or TechLink, contact the IT
Support Department.

The IT Support Department also uses an
eFax system to handle equipment issues.
The eFax form must be used to create a
service request. Please fill the form out in
its entirety and fax it to 1.800.381.1875.
This fax will immediately be sent to an
email address which is monitored by the
Impact IT Department.
All technical calls received that require
troubleshooting will be put in the eFax
Service Request queue so that they can be
addressed in the order the issue was received.
Do not use the eFax Service Request if your
Smartphone or any equipment was
stolen, lost or damaged. In these cases,
you must contact your District Manager.
Copies of the eFax form can be found on
the NPSConnect website under Training
> Forms > PDA eFax Form.
