3.0 Use / functions

To use the parking brake: Lead the

handle forwards (1) until it stops,

and the parking brake is activated.

WARNING

-Do not use the parking brake to stop the wheelchair in movement

-The parking brakes must be activated at all times when getting into

or out of the wheelchair.

To adjust the parking brake: Deactivate the parking brake, turn the Hex

6mm nut so the brake is about 5mm from the tire (see illustration).

The footrest can be rotaded backwards if

you do not want to use it. All you have to

do is simply tilt it up.

Normally, when getting out of the

wheelchair the footrest is tilted up. The

EasyRoller footrest is designed so this

operation is not necessary. Simply place

your feets on the outside of the footrest

when you want to get in or out of the

wheelchair.
