TRANSMITTED LIGHT BRIGHTFIELD
OBSERVATION PROCEDURE
Set the main switch to " I " (ON).
Select the transmitted light and adjust the
brightness.
Select the light path (when a trinocular tube is
used).
Place the specimen on the stage.
Engage the 10X objective in the light path.
Bring the specimen in focus.
Adjust the aperture iris and field iris diaphragms.
Engage the objective to be used in the light
path and bring the specimen in focus.
Start observation.

Engage the LBD filter in light path.
Adjust the interpupillary distance.
Adjust the diopter.
Adjust the light axis.
Engage the required filters.
Adjust the brightness.
