Upgrading Light Gun Firmware

Your light gun(s) contain the newest firmware available at the time of purchase. Every

light gun requires a specific firmware to work properly since there are different gun

hardware versions. If you flash the firmware on these light guns to a previous or

unsupported firmware the light guns could be "Bricked" and many not work anymore! If

you flash the firmware on these light guns to an unsupported firmware, you may need to

Here are instructions on how to upgrade the firmware:

1) Start by having only 1 light gun plugged into your computer at a time!

2) Launch the AimTrak Utility program.

3) Select the light gun device from the dropdown box on the bottom left corner of

the screen. Usually Device 1 or Device 2.

4) You can see the version number at the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
