From the displayed "Digigram drivers" window, you can

select the Stream granularity of the card (number of
samples processed at a time). The lower the granularity,
the​ ​ l ower​ ​ t he​ ​ a udio​ ​ l atency.​ ​ D efault​ ​ v alue​ ​ i s​ ​ 3 2​ ​ s amples.
When
using
DirectSound/Wasapi
based
software
applications, the selection of a lower value may produce
audio​ ​ d ropouts,​ ​ d epending​ ​ o n​ ​ t he​ ​ P C​ ​ c onfiguration.
When using the card, if audio dropouts are experienced, it
may​ ​ b e​ ​ n ecessary​ ​ t o​ ​ i ncrease​ ​ t he​ ​ g ranularity.
Granularity​ ​ c an​ ​ b e:​ ​ 8 ,​ ​ 1 6,​ ​ 3 2,​ ​ o r​ ​ 6 4​ ​ s amples.
Note: Button "Audio Card Settings" allows displaying the
LX-MADI​ ​ c ontrol​ ​ p anel

Click on the ​ F inish button of the next window to complete
the​ ​ d river​ ​ i nstallation.
