Basic Adjustment Settings (Continued)
FILM MODE
Automatically detects a film-based source (originally encoded
at 24 frames/second), analyses it, and then recreates each
still film frame for cinematic picture quality.

page 21.

• Set "FILM MODE" to "ON" manually to detect a film-based source
(originally encoded at 24 frames/second) when the input source
has vertical frequency of 60 Hz (e.g. NTSC).
• "FILM MODE" cannot be set when 480P, 576P, 720P or 1080
is received from the COMPONENT terminals.
• "FILM MODE" cannot be adjusted when the PC mode is selected
as an input mode.
• Film mode does not work when the input source has vertical
frequency of 50 Hz (e.g. PAL, SECAM).
QUICK SHOOT
Provides sharp pictures suitable for fast moving images such
as a sports program.

You can adjust the sound quality to your preference with the

• The items on the AUDIO menu cannot be set when headphones
are not used and "INPUT4 SELECT" is set to "OUT
• When resetting all adjustment items (except for "PC SOUND
SELECT") to factory preset values, perform the following
procedure.
1 Press '/" to select "RESET" in the AUDIO screen, and press
ENTER.
2 Press '/" to select "YES", and press ENTER.
