If you cannot correct a fault yourself or a repair is required:
– Set the programme selector to off and pull the mains plug out of the socket.
– Turn off the tap and call the customer services.
– Fit/refit drainage hose.
– Tighten screw–fitting on the supply hose.
– Start/Soak not selected?
– Tap not open?
– Filter blocked? Clean filter
