The Screen Share feature allows you to display and share your computer screen with connected users.

It also displays the camera image, so users can see your screen and participants. The Screen Share

needs to setup prior to using it.

To install the Screen Share driver:

1. Attach your Macintosh to the P3000 using the USB cable included with your package.

2. Download the Screen Share application from Ricoh-usa.com

3. Run the install package

Launch the Screen Share application from the Mac.

To Start the Screen Share, choose the share type and click Start Sharing

To end sharing, click Stop Sharing
