Taking Measurements

At the Actxa App Dashboard, pull down the screen and follow the

onscreen instructions to take the measurement.

Once the measurement is completed, your results will be displayed

on the Actxa App Dashboard.

You are encouraged to take your measurements daily or minimally

once a week, to keep track of your body composition trending over

a period of time.

To take your body composi-

tion measurements, insert

the measuring handle cable

into the USB Type-C port on

the scale.
