Possible Cause
• Dirt container is full
• Filters may be dirty
• Roller brush not spinning
• Filtropur not set at high
speed
• Power foot circuit breaker
may have been tripped
• Roller brushes may need to
be replaced
• Unit may be clogged
• Belt may be broken
• Unit not properly plugged in
• Tripped breaker or fuse
• Service required
• Filters are not installed
correctly
• Gasket may not be sealed
correctly
Suggested Solution
• Empty dirt container
• Inspect cone pre-filter, pleated
filter cartridge and Absolute
filter cartridge and replace if
necessary
• Press floor switch to the [
position to engage roller brush
• Turn the speed setting to "High
Speed"
• Reset circuit breaker according
to Owner's Guide instructions
• Contact your local service
center
• Check clean-out chamber and
hose for obstructions and
remove them.
• Take unit to authorized
Filtropur dealer for inspection
• Unplug power cord and
reinsert firmly into outlet
• Check breaker or fuse box in
your home
• Call 1.800.281.6242 for an
authorized service dealer or log

• Review filter installation
instructions for cone pre-filter,
