• Once we have the device level we will remove the bucket from the

engine side and we will place water until the mark, the water should get

to touch the bottom of the buckets. DO NOT PLACE MORE WATER

BECAUSE WHEN PLACING FOOD IN THE TRAYS THE LEVEL WILL

RISE AND OVERFLOW

• If it has been overfilled, we unmask the drain screw and proceed to

empty it, make sure to have a hose connected to the drain or have a

bucket to collect the excess water.

• Check that the water touches the buckets lightly, place the bucket that

we have removed and proceed to connect the appliance to the electrical

network to ensure that it is 230V 50Hz.

• Press the switch, the switch will light up and turn the thermostat knob

to the desired temperature, the temperature must never be lower than

75ºC.

3.2. ELECTRIC CONNECTION

The appliance is provided with an electric cable that must be connected

to a general switch equipped with a thermal magnet that protects the user

from possible accidental contacts or due to alterations of the machine.

It is mandatory to make a good grounding connection according to

regulations.

(This connection must be made by specialized personnel).
