Top plate

The surface of the griddle must always be free of solid residues even

during its use. The fat collector allows to deposit said residues in its

interior. At the end it is advisable to wipe it with oil to keep it in perfect

condition and avoid the formation of rust.

HARD CHROME PLATES, SHOULD ONLY BE CLEANED WITH ICE

OR WATER, NEVER USE CLEANING PRODUCTS SINCE THESE

CAN CONTAIN SODIUM HYDROXIDE ALSO KNOWN AS SOSA

CAUTISCA, THAT DAMAGES CHROME AND IS IRREPARABLE.

Fat collector

After each use the grease fitting will be extracted, emptying its contents

ATTENTION: The grease fitting should only be handled.

4.2. REPAIRS

Repairs must always be carried out by personnel trained by the Distributor

/ Installer, never by the user.

validity.
