Confirm
the following

placing
parts
of the cassette

nism.
Tape

the
speed
at
the
start
and end
of
winding
and
see
that
a deviation remains
within the
limits
each
time.
If
values
indicated
by
the
pointer
vary
considerably,
adjust
to
70%
of the
minimum
and
maximum
values.
Measuring
time
shall
be
5~6
seconds.-
Wow
and
flutter:
Less than
0.15%
(WMS)
Using an
STD-301, measure
the
wow
and
flutter
at
the
start
and end
of
wind-
ing
and
take the
maximum
value.
If
values indicated
by
the pointer vary
considerably, adjust
to

mum
and
maximum
values.
