Confirm
the following

placing

of the cassette

nism.
Tape

the

winding
and
see
that
a deviation remains
within the
limits
each
time.
If

indicated
by
the
pointer
vary
considerably,
adjust

Measuring
time
shall
be

seconds.-
Wow
and
flutter:
Less than
0.15%
(WMS)
Using an
STD-301, measure
the
wow
and
flutter
at
the
start
and end
of
wind-
ing
and
take the
maximum
value.
If
