The main advantage of FM over AM is the quality of the broadcast

signal. in order to benefit fully from the high signai quality of FM

broadcasts, it is recommended that a special-purpose FM antenna be

installed. In weak signal areas, a muiti-element (3 elernent, 5 element,

7 element, etc.) antenna should be used.
