Random
playback
- To play all tracks in
random order

The RANDOM indicator lights and all tracks on all discs are played
in a random order.
To play tracks other than the deleted tracks in a random order,
press
RANDOM
PLAY
after carrying out the Delete
Program
procedure.

Press OUTPUT LEVEL "~" or "+" on the remote control unit to
adjust the output level. The output level can be adjusted between
0 dB and - 25 dB in steps of 1 dB.
e@ The output level at the OUTPUT jacks and PHONES jack will
be adjusted simultaneously.

If the magazine is in the player, the adjusted output leve will
not be erased even if the power is turned off. However, if the
power is turned off with an audio timer or unplugging the
power cord, the adjusted output level will be erased.

Program playback - To program tracks/discs
in desired order

During stop mode, press PROGRAM.

Press the DISC NUMBER button which contains
the track to be programmed.
To program entire discs, enter the desired disc numbers with
the DISC NUMBER buttons and go to step 5.

When DISC NUMBER is pressed, "AL" (all tracks) appears
on the display.

Press kt
or Pi
so that the desired track
number appears on the display.

Press PROGRAM.

Repeat steps 2 through 4 for other tracks to
be programmed.

Press PLAY.
The tracks are played in the programmed order.
When ail
programmed tracks have been played, the player enters stop
mode.
® To stop Program playback, press STOP/CLEAR.

Programs containing up to 32 steps can be created.

Togo to the previous or next step in a program, press Kd or
Pi.

If the magazine is in the player, the program contents will not
be erased even if the power is turned off. However, if the
power is turned off with an audio timer or unplugging the
power cord, the program contents will be erased.
NOTE:

Each time a selection is programmed, the display will show the
programmed number and the total playback time. When the total
playback time exceeds 100 minutes or when any part of the 24th
and subsequent selections on a disc is programmed, the display
will not show the total playing time.
