Possible Causes
Low water pressure.
Program unsuitable for the type of
clothes.
centrifugation option selected.
Gentle
Mixture of synthetic clothes together
with clothes of other materials (e.g.
cotton).
Small pieces can get stuck in the
door's rubber seal and not be
centrifuged.
Washer/Dryer is balancing the clothes
at the beginning of centrifugation.
Water inlet or outlet hose is not
connected properly to the product.
Cross-threaded lid for the Buttons
Catch Compartment.
Hose lid misplaced for the Buttons
Catch compartment.
Opening of the dispenser immediately
after finishing drying.
Some components are made of rubber,
so you may smell rubber.
Small pieces can be stuck in this
region.
Supply of softener and or liquid
detergent is above recommended.
Solution
The low pressure causes direct passage of water in the valve
product. Call a plumber to adjust the water pressure which
must comply with the instructions on page 3.
The centrifugation speeds for the Normal and Gentle options
are not necessarily the same for different programs to avoid
damage to clothes. See the programs on page 8.
centrifugation is performed at a lower speed and your
Gentle
clothes will be less wrinkled and wetter.
Prefer to wash different fabrics in different washes. Some
fabrics act as a barrier to water extraction from other pieces,
and these can come out wetter. See page 8.
Small pieces, such as socks and underwear, should be
washed in bags suitable for washing.
At the beginning of centrifugation, the basket rotates at lower
speeds to accommodate the pieces of clothes automatically.
In a next use, you can put more pieces to facilitate this stage
of accommodation of the clothes.
Check the water inlet and/or outlet hose connections (pages
24 and 25.
Turn the compartment lid clockwise until you feel the end of
the thread course.
Push the hose lid for the Catch Buttons compartment to the
end.
After drying, it is recommended not to open the dispenser
immediately, due to vapors that condense. If possible, wait
10-20 minutes for these drops to deposit into the dispenser.
With use and time, the smell will fade.
Small pieces, such as socks and underwear, should be
washed in bags suitable for washing.
Do not exceed the recommended softener and detergent
amounts as instructed in "Using the Dispenser," page15.
