Firetide HotPort Mesh Nodes ship from the factory pre-configured with one operating radio, set for operation in 802.11a, b, and g
mode. In software, you can enable the second radio, and enable 802.11n operation in addition to the other modes. The hardware you
receive will be either a 7010 (for indoor applications) or a 7020 (for outdoor applications). These are order codes for the base hardware
platform. Additional features are enabled via licenses.

You must order additional radio licenses for each second-radio that you wish to enable. You must order MIMO licenses for each node that you wish to enable for MIMO
operation. One MIMO licences upgrades all of the radios in one node.
2. Enabling MIMO operation on a node enables it for all radios currently licensed, or licensed in the future.
