Repair of scaffold material is only allowed after consultation with the manufacture or supplier.

Cleaning the mobile scaffold tower components

The scaffold tower system can be cleaned using water with a commercial cleaner added. Paint can be

removed

ATTENTION : Cleaning agents must not get into the ground, used cleaning fluids must be disposed of in

accordance with applicable environmental legislation.

Inspecting the mobile scaffold tower components

Frame (base frame/8 rung frame/ guardrail frame)

Inspect for deformation, crushing and cracks; if a deficiency is discovered, do not use the frame.

Braces (diagonal/horizontal)

Inspect for deformation, crushing and cracks; if a deficiency is discovered, do not use the brace.

Platform

Inspect for deformation, crushing and cracks; if a deficiency is discovered, do not use the platform .

Check the hatch for ease of movement. Toe boards

Inspect the toe boards for check; if a deficiency is discovered, do not use the toe board. Castors

Check that the castors rotate and the brake is functioning.
