Directions for Use
The bolsters, half bolsters and positioning wedges with
Naugahyde
covers are intended to be used for positioning and

stretching under the supervision of a medical professional. The
30-degree and 45-degree positioning wedges are intended to
be used for positioning the User in bed.
1. Inspect the bolster or positioning wedge for shipping
damage. If the product is damaged, DO NOT USE and
immediately contact the distributor for further instruction.

"You": Means the User, Caregiver and any other individuals
who will be using or servicing the Product.
"Distributor": Means the reseller or other entity from whom
you purchased this˜product.
"Medical Professional": The physician or other healthcare
professional who is familiar with the User's medical history and
current medical condition, and is responsible for determining if
this product is medically appropriate for the User.
Caregiver: The individual(s) responsible for the care and needs
of the User, such as a spouse, adult family member or home
health aide. The Caregiver must be available at all times to
provide the User with physical and cognitive assistance and
provide supervision as needed.
User: The individual who uses the device.
WARNING: Prior to the use of this product, the User's
medical professional should be consulted to ensure this product
is appropriate for the User's specific needs based upon his or
her overall medical condition and limitations.
CAUTION: Do not use razor blades to cut packaging away
from cushion.
CAUTION: Do not remove product tag, cleaning instruction
tag or law tag from the cushion. Removal of tags will void
the warranty.
2. Verify the proper model and size bolster or positioning
wedge was shipped. If you feel there was a mistake, DO
NOT USE and immediately contact the distributor.
