Earthing

Observe national regulations and the requirements of the system owner.

Connect surge arresters to the system ground via the shortest path.

Surge arresters equipped with disconnecting device shall be connected to

earth by a stranded wire. One side of the earth wire shall be connected to the

disconnecting device the other side shall be connected to earth nearby the

mounting position of the insulating bracket.
